Will the AI sound robotic?+
No — we tune every deployment to your business's tone and the specific questions your customers actually ask. The agent also always discloses that it's an AI assistant, which is both a best practice and, in a growing number of jurisdictions, a legal requirement for AI chat.
What happens when the AI can't handle something?+
It escalates to a human. We build clear escalation rules for anything involving final pricing, contract terms, signatures, or complaints — the AI handles the repetitive 80%, your team handles the judgment calls.
Do you scrape LinkedIn or Facebook for leads?+
No. We source leads through licensed, compliant channels — Google Places, Yelp Fusion, Crunchbase, and verified B2B data providers like Apollo.io. Scraping social platforms violates their Terms of Service and isn't something we do or recommend.
What software do you integrate with?+
Whatever you're already using — most CRMs, scheduling tools, and practice-management software have APIs we can connect to. We scope this during discovery so nothing about your existing workflow breaks.
How is this priced?+
